‘Planking’, or lying face down in front of an unusual backdrop, is not an activity fit for a pregnant woman, or so it would seem.
But This Morning’s Jenni Falconer didn’t let her bulging baby bump stop her from getting in on the game.
The 35-year-old mum-to-be showed off her very own version of the prank the ‘very rare pregnant reverse plank’ which saw her lying down on the back of a sofa.
Her co-presenter Phillip Schofield tweeted a picture of the pregnant planker after posting a snap of himself performing the regular pose.
The 49-year-old tweeted: ‘'It was only a matter of time before planking founds it's way into the the This Morning studio!

Jenni, who showcased her bump in an Isabella Oliver ruched T-shirt dress, is expecting her first child with husband James Midgley in September.
For the uninitiated, planking sees people lying stretched out flat in the most unlikely of public places, then sharing their poses on social media sites like Twitter, Flickr and Facebook.

The phenomenon caused alarm in May when an Australian practitioner was killed trying it on a balcony in Brisbane, but falling to his death instead.
