Actress Andi Eigenmann's character in ABS-CBN's hit TV series "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin (MLKI)" will stay.Report has it that Eigenmann, who is playing the role of the female soldier Gabriel, will be relieved from the show because she is now 4 months pregnant.
In a statement, Biboy Arboleda, advertising and promotions manager of "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin", stressed that Eigenmann is still with the show.
"Andi Eigenmann is with MLKI. That's the official statement. Nothing more. Salamat," Arboleda said.
On Wednesday, Jaclyn Jose, mother of Eigenmann, admitted that her 21-year-old daughter is pregnant.
Jose who was very emotional about what happened to her child, appealed to the public not to judge her daughter.
She also said that Eigenmann will finish her commitment to MLKI.
Eigenmann rose to fame by playing the lead star in the now defunct hit ABS-CBN teleserye “Agua Bendita.”
